Take the elevator to this third-floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! You have 840 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile & luxury plank flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. A washer and dryer are located inside this unit for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. | This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Destin Getaway

The location was perfect, the staff was friendly but the beds and the one sofa def need to be replaced, not sure how 6 people could fit comfortably in the living room. Also had to go to the chiropractor and massge place twice. Nice but def could use some updates to make sleeping accommodations a but more comfortable.

Worth another trip

We had never stayed at this building before until our July 2023 visit. It was absolutely great for my wife and I. Perfect size for a party of two. Staying on the 3rd floor allowed us views others didn’t have. Came with a box fan which is a great idea (although we brought ours cause we didn’t know otherwise). All the furniture was solid and nothing was wobbly or so old it was falling apart and the ice maker worked (unlike some other units in other buildings). The only downfall was the mattress could probably be replaced. We didn’t know what to do for check-in until we called but other than that, check-in was easy. The staff was super friendly. The beach chair guy (John) was the best we’ve ever had and we’ve stayed at 5 different locations since 2020. What set him apart even from other great guys was he came around to collect trash, repositioned our umbrella without us asking as the sun moved, confronted some drunks that set up too far over onto the buildings property, asked us daily how we were doing and checked on us and although we didn’t ask him to get us anything he was willing to go get us food or drinks from the local immediate area. Everything was so worth our stay, we went ahead and booked another week on the 3rd floor in a couple months.

Perfect Destin condo

Ive stayed at several locations and this one was great for my family. You were beachfront without the crowd because it is only three floors. We were right across the street from family activities with go karts and putt putt as well as walking distance to one of Destins best restaurants, The back porch(beach front). You were also half a mile from walmart which was great for my family and only a couple miles from the boardwalk. I loved everything about it! Will be returning here.

We booked this very last minute a day before arriving just for little get away. We loved the location the condo was not huge so the beach was not crowded. It was very clean, had great view, just what we needed. Will be coming back

Very nice, loved proximity to everything. Beautiful beach.
