Take the elevator to this third-floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and see the sweeping views of the white sandy beaches from your own balcony! You have 840 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 1.5 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features luxury plank flooring and tile flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Area was beautiful. The condo was nice, but the bed mattress and couch were dated and worn. They need to be replaced asap.

Great memories beautiful place

5 stars plus. We used to stay at a different resort and never wanted to switch but now we will never go back to the other resort. Beach service is included in your stay which at other resorts costs you money. It’s a smaller place so you have front row seating every day at the beach. Our room had a washer and dryer in it, which was a nice perk.Room was very beautiful and clean. Thanks for letting us stay. We plan on staying again next year.

Reviewer Comments: We always love staying at the Destin Beach Club for its location, convenience, ease to check in / check out, daily beach chair and umbrella setup, and a designated beach supervisor, the ocean front pool, convenient parking, walking distance to the Back Porch restaurant, and an available elevator. On site maintenance if needed is available very quickly, and the property is maintained very well Our unit 315 is nice but needs upgraded furniture as it’s showing a little wear and tear. Otherwise, as always, an enjoyable stay. We’ve been coming to this facility twice a year for over 5 straight years, and hopefully for 5 more!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Both toilets were broken in 315. Maintenance attempted to fix them but couldn’t. Both toilets need to be replaced. Pull out sofa mattress was so uncomfortable the our kids refused to sleep on it. We ended up moving to another unit. Thank goodness a better one was available or we would have moved to a different condo/resort.

I cannot recommend staying in Unit 315 as of 10/2022

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Don't stay in condo 315. If I stay again, I will be very picky which unit I stay in. Don't just take what is left if only a few units are available. There is a reason why the nicer units are chosen and reserved first. I will not stay in Unit 315 again unless major upgrades are made. This unit needs some maintenance and some major upgrades in furniture, carpeting and decor. I've stayed at DBC over 15 years but will be looking for someplace newer and more modern as it seems to be going downhill.

Everything was good except my only suggestion would be to replace the carpet, couch, and red leather chair in the living room. You can tell they are worn down and definitely need to be replaced. Most condo’s only have carpet in the bedrooms if anywhere, but this carpet needs to go ASAP! It felt very grimy and dirty! However, we loved the helpful staff, conveniences, and private beach area! We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. The barstools need replacing as 3 of the 4 were wobbly and not fit for anyone to sit on. Maintenance did come and tightened them but they became wobbly again. I would recommend not having carpet but that is the owner choice. The hall down to the pool/beach smelled of cigarette smoke as the room beside the hall would smoke outside in the patio chairs. The cigarette smell would hit you at the gate as you entered the number to enter. It seemed like there was always someone out there smoking every time we went to the pool or beach. As nonsmokers and with a toddler this was very displeasing.
