Open the patio door and you're ready to take a morning swim in the nearby community pool. The bright, white kitchen features a breakfast bar and everything you need to create memorable vacation meals for the family. The Master Bedroom features a king-sized bed and wall-mounted flat screen television, and the second, cottage-themed bedroom contains two queen-sized beds. Beach Service is Included! Max 3 dogs max size 50lbs. No cats allowed. Pet fee 100.00 per pet. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required.

Excellent location, very pet friendly, and the condo came equipped with all of the kitchen and household items needed. Check-in was seamless. We decided to stay one extra day and the process of calling and adding the extra day was super easy and the lady I spoke with was so pleasant. We will definitely look to book this location the next time we go back for vacation.

The unit was not as clean as expected. The double bed room had dirt in floor beside walls of each bed. The master bath has mold on the shower curtain. The sheets were clean and blankets were as well. But disappointing due to other strong reviews.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

My family and I loved this condo! It was clean and nicely decorated. The location was perfect. Just a short, enjoyable walk to the private beach with free beach setup. About a 3 minute walk. The area was so quiet which we enjoyed. The pool was very clean. The entire property was very well maintained. Loved that we could bring our fur baby. We would love to book this place in the future.

Family vacation

Located in a great area right across the street from the beach. There was plenty of space for 6 people to sleep comfortably. Had all necessary cooking items and dishes for use during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the private beach access and beach service. Would recommend and stay again!

Perfect getaway weekend

The location of the condo with the beach access was priceless for this weekend. Everyone was so kind, easy to get a round everywhere. Overall, great stay! Highly recommended!

Wasn’t even the same place

The condos are really run down but inside they had it dressed up a little bit. It wasn’t the same place as the pictures. They had a rug that had dog pee stains on it that you could visually see and smell. I was grateful to bring my own pet. There was sand all in the floor but we expect that in Florida at a vacation house. We did pay a pet deposit which was fine but then they tried to get more money from us saying we violated the pet policy which we did not. My dog does shed a lot he’s a gsd so I offered to pay a little more towards cleaning. We did everything asked of us before check out only for them to say we left 1 wrapper and 1 empty drink bottle in the floor (I put it in the trash myself) and they tried to charge me an extra $200. On top of our $100 deposit. The way they do business is a little sketchy imo bc the pet deposit wasn’t mentioned until AFTER we booked and paid on a non refundable condo THEN they said no pets unless we paid the deposit and we couldn’t cancel. It was $100 so no biggie. The policy states if we didn’t do the things expected it was 150 extra. We did everything but like I said bc our dog sheds a lot I said I’d happily pay the additional $50 and they could keep our deposit. Also the air conditioning unit was leaking all in the floor luckily my husband knew how to quickly fix that. It’s all pretty old furniture and the rug is gross. We would not stay with them again simply for the money situation. It seemed scammy to me.

Family Trip

This was a perfect place to relax and getaway from the hustle-bustle of the season. The living space was roomy and comfortable with two roomy bedrooms. This will be a place we will keep on our list to do again!

Very close to the beach with a private entrance. Very cute cottage style apartment. Had everything that we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Wish the blinds in the master bedroom would have closed all the way but it was an easy temp fix. Great location.

Very easy to book, very family friendly, clean open space with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The restaurant across the street is also marvelous. 10/10 recommend.

Very comfortable

The location was great and near everything we wanted to do. You get an golf cart and just do everything in the area. There's a restaurant right across the street name Captain Davis and the food was awesome. We had breakfast at Another Broken Eggs which was 1.8 miles away which is next door to a outlet strip area. I would rent from the location again.
