The room was fantastic. The view and the on grounds amenities were great. The beach access was amazing and so close. The food onsite was good. Many places delivered and or close enough to walk or quick drive. One downside was the beach chair and umbrellas that you have to pay for if you want access close to the water. You can bring a towel down to sit in and watch your little ones, but no chairs. You also don’t get to pick the umbrella and chairs you sit in for the day. These are assigned to you even though you pay. This made it also a bit of a pain as our children were young that we felt we needed to have eyes on all the time and there were chairs and people in our way. This was tea the only downfall of the whole vacation. The people and place were amazing.

The perfect spot for our wedding anniversary! Between the stunning oceanfront views and the amazing beach, we couldn't have asked for more. The condo itself was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, stocked with every essential we needed.The property felt incredibly quiet and secure. We loved exploring the local dining scene, but having the convenient on-site cafe and the beachside Tiki bar was a total game-changer. Our host was wonderful—welcoming and proactive with crystal-clear communication."

We had a great stay at the Pelican Beach Resort! Our hosts were very accommodating and their fourth floor condo was very conveniently located to the elevator and the resort’s many amenities. We liked how centrally located it was to the Destin area’s many restaurants and shopping. We would recommend it highly and hope to return in the near future!

We stayed for a week. We were able to walk to breakfast daily which was nice and ice cream in the evenings. Location was great. We knew we would need the pull out couch as part of sleeping arrangements. When we arrived the bedding for that was missing but owners were quick to respond and get them for us. We arrived a few hours early and they allowed us the check in early which was also nice.

Gorgeous view of The Gulf!! Unbeatably easy beach access for my handicapped mother who can’t walk that far. Unit is low enough in the high-rise to take the stairs if desired. Love the owner-painted artwork throughout the unit; everything is fresh and clean!!
