The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite counter tops, and stainless-steel appliances. It is ideal for preparing exquisite meals.

You’ll feel at home sitting at the beautiful dining table that serves 4 with the option to accommodate 4 more at the bar counter that separates the kitchen from the dining/living room.

Rest in the newly renovated master bedroom which offers a king size comfortable bed with a brand new 50” TV and a comfortable private bathroom.

We also have comfortable twin size bunk beds which offer storage for clothes. Here you can accommodate two kids!! They will be conveniently located next to a second fully renovated and stocked bathroom.

The living room is very comfortable and has a queen size sleeper sofa that allows for two more guests and a it has a new 55” TV for your enjoyment.
The decor was carefully selected to make you feel the tranquility and happiness of a beach living setting.

- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking.
- We do not provide beach towels and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to fill out the rental agreement and send it to us with a copy of his/her drivers license .
