Everything in the rental was beautiful and clean. The views were incredible! Checking in was easy, although Emerald Grande required us to be a credit card down for a security deposit. This was not expected and was a minor inconvenience...not something you expect with a VRBO. The downside to the condo was: the weird ball lights off two of the bedrooms were bright all night and the traffic noise traveled up so it was difficult to fall asleep. The amenities were great and we took advantage of the well-equipped gym and adult hot tub. The location was great and easy to get to all the local restaurants and bars. We had a great trip even with the cold weather!

With the Harbor Walk just outside the Front Door and all the amenities and activities in walking distance this is a wonderful place to stay and the views are spectacular.

The condo was great for the toddler and other family members we had with us. The only downside to the condo was the traffic noise from the bridge below us. I thought that being 8 floors up would soften the traffic noise, but I was mistaken. You really heard the traffic noise when sitting out on the nice balcony. The pool was enjoyable, and the walk-in feature of the pool was great for our granddaughter. The private beach was ok as the schedule to get to the beach was based on the boat taxi. Even though the boat left every 30 min it still seemed somewhat limiting. Also, would be better for the beach to have porta potties available rather than rely on the boat bathroom as the boat is not there the entire time.

Unit was exactly has described. 4 bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. Condo was right near all the action and we were able to walk most places. Dolphin sightings were a daily thing, and the grandkids loved watching them from the deck.

FABULOUS property!

Best spot at Emerald Grande. Overlooks all of the water front and crab island. The property was immaculate, kitchen had all the equipment and plus some. Very cozy beds and best view of the 9pm fireworks on Thursday down at the harbor. Can’t wait to go back!

Washing machine was broken ..needs ice maker .. property manager never responded to simple questions. Front desk was very helpful and quick. Indoor pool was closed although it was raining outside.. we sat out in the rain and the outdoor bar was aLao closed even though there were lots of people fighting the weather.

Wedding Trip

Our son got married at the Emerald Grande so we wanted to stay on sight in a unit that offered plenty of room for my family as well as my elderly parents. This unit was perfect. Plenty of room and amazing views. We visited many other units at the Grande while visiting other family members that were also attending the wedding. Ours was hands down the best one we saw. The owner was very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay again.
