My family has been staying at the CRC for 7 years, my husband & I got married here in 2015 & our wedding party stayed here as well. We love the size, location, & accommodating staff. We recently visited in July of 2020 & I can’t say we had the best experience—unlike those years in the past. We were told we would be able to check in early & not only did that not happen but we checked in a little after 4 due to unforeseen water leakage. All week we had a large humidifier & fan that took up so much space in our master bath making it pretty much useless since we were told that it needed to stay on all week to help with water damage. Towards the end of the week I got a phone call from the staff asking if it would be alright if our condo was worked on while we were staying there due to an approaching closing date that this condo was under contract. Not only did I not want to deal with strangers in my condo during my vacation but also I felt pressured to make a decision that was not my problem. The workers were kind but of course the timing was either right when my son woke up from his nap or during the getting ready for dinner hours. After being pressured to allow the workers to come to our condo, we were then questioned on what time we would be departing Saturday & if that would be before 10am checkout time. It was very unprofessional & quite frankly rude. The condo itself was not the cleanest, we noticed a lot of mold in the shower & grout. The couch felt moist due to the material & the mattress in the master bedroom had a large hump in the middle—clearly needing to be replaced. We really want to come back to the CRC but after discussing this past trip we are uncertain.

Perfect!

This was my families first time visiting the Destin area. This location was perfect! The condo have everything we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to everyone. We will definitely stay here again.
