Beautiful condo with easy pool and beach access.We loved being able to walk out the door to sit in the Sun.Very limited towels, bring extras. There is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig.Nice big grills at one end of condo.The Tipsy Turtle ( located on pool deck) was an added bonus they served steamed shrimp and crawfish one night and they were perfect! Daily they served typical hamburgers and hotdogs, oh, and full bar!There are plenty of pool chairs and loungers.The kitchen is pretty well equipped, but, we didn’t cook with all the nearby fabulous restaurants.We liked the souvenir store Banana Barts, great selection not your typical tourist trap.We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

I can’t say enough good things about this property. We will be back next year. First floor, right by the pool. This spot is a must if you have kids. This condo was very clean, minus the master tile shower - it needs a good scrubbing for mold in the grout. The TVs are older and could stand to be updated, but work just fine. The jacuzzi tub is nice, but the jets do not work. None of this would stop us from booking this spot again but are simply suggestions to make it better.

Everything was exactly as described! The location was perfect and very convenient and accommodating our 4 year old. The condo was spacious and decorated beautifully. We were very happy with the condo and we will be booking here again!

The perfect getaway

My husband and I had the perfect anniversary getaway! The pools were cleaned and treated each morning. The beaches in this are are beautiful. Was only a 30 min drive from the airport and close to everything!

Family Friendly

We loved this condo! My husband and I came with our 3 kids (7, 5 and 1.5). We come to Destin often and have been bouncing around between beach front towers. This is now our new favorite! There’s a lot of traffic outside the unit, but I loved having close access to the pool with little kids. The patio is gated off, so our kids couldn’t escape. This unit was clean and very convenient. Management made everything super easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing spot!

The location was absolutely amazing. We traveled with our 6 months old so we loved being on the first floor. We had the most convenient and easy access to the beach an pool. Walking outside our door and being at the pool was incredible. The beach being just a few steps away was also so nice. Loved how much was included with our stay, parking, umbrella & chairs. The condo was clean but there were a few things that seemed unsanitary. The rugs all had stains on them. The couch was also very stained. The mattress was covered with stained pee spots. Communication with the property manager was great and overall we loved it. The stains are bound to happen so I would still give 5 stars.

Amazing!!

Absolutely amazing location. Leave your patio, cross the path between the pools and your on the beach. Very clean and nice condo. Beach attendants were great. Highly recommend. Will be back.

Getting ready for Summer

Second time staying and it was the same as last year, very reliable. We enjoyed the location, the open space, and felt safe. Enjoyed having a convenient parking spot, definitely cannot say enough about the beach and pool being right outside your door. Will book again.

Great property and location

PROS: very clean, great location. Being able to walk right off our patio into the pool was awesome. And being right next to the parking garage doors was great for bringing in items. Washing machine was broke and they replaced the whole machine within 1 day. Comfortable beds. CONS: No private WI-FI; had to use the unsecured public Wi-Fi at the property. RECOMMENDATIONS: push the landlord to heat the other pool. Purchase an air fryer for the unit for easy and fast cooking.
