Great Condo

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It's perfect for a small family. There's only one small couch in the living area so that might not be suitable for larger families. The swimming pool is very small as well. Other than that, this condo is perfect.

Satisfied but room for improvement.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations. Plenty of room for the whole family. The only complaint was while there were strict HOA rules in place, they were not enforced. There was a group staying in the building adjacent to us that was constantly smoking weed on the balcony in plain sight and the smell just lingered. Quiet time was non existent. Between the people just sitting in their vehicles running all hours of the night and the wrestling match going on the floor above us, a good nights rest was hard to come by. Giving it an overall 4 stars and we intend to return but definitely not during a holiday weekend.

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our stay The place was very clean and well maintained. The dishsoap and other produxts left for our use were very helpful. The last night i saw one coackroach (so big it scared me but thats florida) The pool was great and eaay access to the beach. Would definitely stay again

Fantastic Week!

We stayed here for 8 nights. It was very clean when we arrived. It was a very comfortable stay for all 5 of us (3 adults, 7 year old, and 3 year old), and we all felt very at home. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the little bit of cooking and eating in that we did. The parking lot flooded a bit when it rained. This didn’t necessarily bother us, but my husband had to move our vehicle each time in order for the rest of us to get in. We will book again for sure!!

Vacation Getaway

Upon entering the property, we were happy to find it clean and ready for us. The distance from the room to the beach was falsely advertised and was a much longer walk than we expected, plus it was difficult to find because it wasnt clearly marked and the small road we had to walk on to get to the private gate was busy with another apartment conplex traffic.

Villa was not clean flip flops, contact lenses empty bottles, kitchen counters sticky with crumbs, personal lotions and lubricants were left behind from previous guests when notified they said they’d report it to owner/manager we never heard back from anyone, clean up crew arrived on checkout date at 9:20 and asked whom else needed to come out and how much longer we would be, check out time was at 10am.

Nice location

The place is in a very nice location, walking distance to the beach and several stores. Unit 311 dishwasher door could not be open so we had to hand wash all dishes during the entire stay. Place wasn’t that clean, at least not to our expectations and needs more kitchen things. Hated having to deal with property sprinklers during check out.

This place was in a great place for the price. The condo was clean. Unfortunately, the room had a bad odor, which maintenance sent over an ozone machine which helped a little. The master bath had no knob for the shower. The worst part was the neighbors upstairs were noisy all times of the night.

This particular unit needs some sprucing up. Furniture and carpeting needs cleaning...no screen on door so unable to get fresh air. One of the twin beds was broke. Make sure to bring your own soap, only 1 tiny bar supplied. Location is good....pool nice.

The room was cute and fairly clean. The washed towels had hair on them. The dryer tore up two times during our stay. We had to travel back with wet clothes and also cancel a beach day due to no dry towels to use on the beach. The room smelt of weed/smoke the entire visit. All of this was made aware of and should have been handled more professionally. The walk to the beach is almost a 10 minute walk. The family above walked so hard that we could here every step all times of the day/night. The price was costly for the week with all the problems that we had during our stay.

Cute condo with great location

This condo is centrally located in Destin and has everything you need for a nice stay. The access to the beach was convenient although it was a little but if a walk- not too bad though. We appreciated no stairs at the condo or beach access. The pool is right out front and also walking distance to a Alvin’s Island. Cute decor inside and stocked with everything you need. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
