Welcome to Harbor Landing 201B, a beautifully remodeled and professionally decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom harbor view condo located in the heart of Destin's Holiday Isle. This second-floor southwest corner unit offers gorgeous, unobstructed views of the Destin Harbor, East Pass, Gulf of Mexico, and Holiday Isle's winding canals, all enjoyed from multiple private balconies. Designed with elevated style, the interior features 10-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors, granite kitchen countertops, and custom white chair rail and wainscoting throughout.

This spacious condo sleeps up to 7 guests, with a King bed in the Main Bedroom, Queen bed in the Guest Bedroom, full-size bunk beds, and a twin single in the third bedroom. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gathering, while the fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for a home-cooked meal. Thursday night fireworks during the season can be viewed right from your balcony for a front-row experience. Whether you're soaking up the views, relaxing by the pool or hot tub, or enjoying a beach day just across the street, this condo offers the ultimate Destin vacation setting.

Destin Visit

The location of the condo is top notch. Across the street from the private beach access and close to places to eat and shopping. The pool and beach were never packed any day of the week. The only “complaint” I had was the condo was not as clean as expected. I did some initial cleaning Day 1 that I should not have had to do as a guest. I do not let that ruin my vacation as I understand cleaning companies are super busy this time of year but I expected more with the cost of the condo for the week. Unless this was to change I am not sure I will stay at this exact condo in Harbor Landing again.

Great getaway

We came to Destin on a Fall break getaway. We had a great host with a wonderful home. The home was very spacious and had all the extras of home. We were across the street from the beach and the host was gracious enough to have a beach access card available for us. Thank you for being a great host!

Awesome property. Quiet/clean/secure! Spacious with a feeling of a home away from home! Short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants nearby! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom!! Great views from 2 main bedrooms and living room balcony! Boat dock on property and also 7 miles from multiple fishing and other excursions!

This place was awesome. Great location and very close to the beach. It was vey quite and the unit was spectacular. Only complaint would be the mattresses weren’t that great but all and all would certainly recommend and would stay there again.

Wonderful

Everything was even better than the listing! The pool is gorgeous and colors change at night. The hot tub is big and beautiful! The views from the balconies and breathtaking! I woke up and watched the dolphins play from the deck everyday! The walk to the beach is easy. The sand is perfect and the water is so clear! It feels like you’re in another country with the luxuries of the states. Close to everything! The condo was fabulous! There was plenty of room for the six of us. It was perfectly clean and decorated to a tee! Our trip was flawless! Oh there’s a gym too! Super safe! Would highly recommend!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and very spacious! Everything was just as advertised or better.

The check in process was very convenient especially when your traveling from far away. The condo was equipped with every amenity we needed and the view was beautiful from all sides. Although the weather was colder than expected this lodging made our stay memorable!! Would definetly reserve again!

Exactly what the pictures show

This was a Christmas time visit with family. They stayed at another location. One night they hosted and another night we hosted. We cooked and served 10 people with no problems at all. Plenty room to spread out. The condo looks just like the pictures and everything was in proper working condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property with good beach access. Two issues: (1) the skillets in the condo need to be replaced - a minor adjustment, (2) parking - someone, possibly the owner, parked their Jeep in the designated space for the unit during out stay. I find it odd that the $2500 we paid for a week's rental of the condo apparently did not give us access to 201B's parking spot.

Truly a five star stay!

Truly a five star stay! The condominium was spacious and even better than it was described! Furnishings were very nice. We were two fathers with their sons on a fishing trip and our location and accommodations could not have been any better. We will certainly come back. I would also brag by family here with the knowledge that they were all have a terrific time!
