The showstopper is the oversized private corner balcony, offering more than 350 square feet of outdoor living space where guests can sip coffee at sunrise, share meals with a Gulf breeze, relax in the sun, or wind down after a day on the sand. Inside, the open living area keeps everyone connected with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and effortless access to the balcony.

The kitchen is designed for convenience, with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, and everything needed for quick breakfasts, beach snacks, or family dinners before gathering beneath the traditional candle-style chandelier.

After a day of swimming, shopping, dining, or simply soaking up the sun, guests can retreat to comfortable sleeping spaces throughout the condo. The primary suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite bathroom with an open double vanity area and spacious walk-in shower.
