The local spots can't be beat cruising down Holiday Isle, right in the heart of Destin. Minutes from restaurants, shopping, nightlife-you're sure to keep everyone in your group happy.

Just here to grill and chill? Land Zen has a PRIME location being not only beachfront, but directly next to (practically in the side yard) not one, but TWO community pools. One pool has an extra added perk, being a infinity pool that "pours" into the Gulf! A hot tub is there to enjoy as well, so live it up to the fullest. Your days will be filled with sunshine & tan lines. Just bring SPF!

Our bonus amenities are just icing on the cake. Enjoy cruising around on 4 complimentary bicycles, that are always at the home just waiting for you to hop on and feel the wind in your hair. Heading to the beach? We include beach service for two (two chairs and one umbrella) during the season March 1st - October 31st.

Don't get me wrong. Staying at a beach house a block or two away is great. But, having the Gulf of Mexico in the background of your family dinner while seagulls chirp and waves crash is an unmatched feeling. And it isn’t the same as waking up in Land Zen’s third floor king master suite with 180 degree ocean views from its private balcony.

These items are always at the home & complimentary, leaving you more space to pack other necessities for your trip!

Parking:
Land Zen has 4 parking spaces in the driveway only. There is no streetside parking permitted. No trailers, RVs, campers, watercraft, box trucks, or recreational vehicles are permitted.

Important Information:

Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited. Weddings must receive proper permitting to hold an event on the beach. We do not host receptions or events.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Land Zen. Sorry, no exceptions.

PETS: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. Our HOA also does not allow pets in the neighborhood, so you will not be permitted entry through the gate.
