There is a half bath and another large master king bedroom, which includes balcony access and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
Third Floor:
The top level includes a cozy loft with a writing desk, Smart TV, and access to the third-floor balcony. Two more king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms and a nook with 2 twin beds for additional sleeping arrangements, perfect for kids.

Occupancy: Max 14 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay for the full trip.
Pets: Dog-friendly with prior approval and $300 pet fee per dog. Limit 1–2 dogs only. No other pets allowed.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near any doors or windows.
Parking: Up to 4 vehicles allowed in driveway. No parking on grass, sidewalk, or street.
Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. Child safety gates provided. No glass near the pool. Pool heating available for an additional fee.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Place used towels in bathrooms before checkout.
Outdoor Areas: Clean grill after use. Use patio and pool furniture responsibly.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock all doors and windows when leaving.
