We had the best time!! This home was close to the beach. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed it every day after the kiddos were tired of the beach. Had everything we needed!! Would highly recommend for large families as we were able to be together in one place!! Would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette party

We had a group of 13 girls for a bachelorette party. We had the most amazing time. The house is VERY spacious with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It’s a very short walk to the beach and the pool was a perfect addition. We couldn’t be happier and do not have a single regret.

Great for family reunion

Met with family for family reunion. Plenty of room for kids to play upstairs and adults to talk together downstairs.. Kids loved the pool and even enjoyed it with outside temperatures of 55 degrees. This was a great place for a large group.

Awesome home to rent!

The house was absolutely perfect for us
lots of open space for the family to convene, sitting areas with televisions on each floor and in each bedroom! We also loved the large, comfy bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. The kitchen and pool were our favorite hangout spots! Best of all was the super short bike ride or walk to the beach! We truly enjoyed our visit! We’ll definitely be back soon!

Perfect house in the perfect location

Me and 11 girlfriends stayed here and it was so great! The pool was great and the house was perfectly located less than 5 mins from the beach. We did encounter 1 cockroach which I know is to be expected down south so jt wasn’t a huge deal. Overall house was very clean and comfortable

Spring Break Getaway

Our guests enjoyed the stay at the property. There was plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen large enough to cook for 17 and enjoying dining together. Since it was March we had to pool heated and it was the perfect temperature. We had a few issues with a leaking shower and a gas tank but the management team sent someone out right away. We appreciate the great communication with the team. Definitely would stay there again.

Destin Getaway

My friends and I had the best time at our stay at Fins Up last weekend! The house was gorgeous, cozy, huge, and exceeded all of our expectations! Everything was so clean, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Each guest almost had their own bathroom. We loved the loft area on the second floor and the gaming loft area on the third floor. It was perfect for late night hang outs.The back yard/ patio area was so nice. There was plenty of space for all us to lay out and hang by the pool. The heated pool was fabulous and a must if you stay! We loved being able to see the beach from the second and third floor, just a block away. We needed assistance turning on the heated pool and Real Joy was just a text away and it was on in no time. We enjoyed our stay so much and can’t wait to come back and explore more!

Family Getaway

The house accommodated our family of 18. We enjoyed our nightly walks to the beach to watch the sunset. The floors needed to be mopped because our socks became dirty just walking though the house on the first day. On the first night there was sand in one bed on the third floor and dead bugs were found in one bed on the second floor. When we went to use the gas grill the battery was dead in the grill igniter. We would consider renting this house in the future due to its space and location.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 18. Enough seating for meals and space to spread out. The bikes that come with the property need a bit of service/repair, but other then that, we were very pleased with this property.

Bachelorette Trip

This property was the perfect space to host a bachelorette trip and very close to the beach. There were a few items to note for the property manager: many of the games in the console in the living room were missing pieces, there were many Tupperware lids but no bowls to match in the kitchen, the cookware pan handles were almost falling off, the cleaning crew did not complete until after 4, there wasn’t any dish soap or dishwasher detergent in the kitchen and the pool was full of leaves/dirt. We looked for a net but there wasn’t one on property. Overall, great stay but these are a few things to make it even better for the next guest.

Fins Up Fun

Great 3 level rental however only one bedroom with full bath on first floor.remaing rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Make sure guest are fit to climb the stairs and climb onto the top bunks if counting upper bunks as sleeping arrangement. Overall great place to stay for with multiple generations. Pool, gameroom, and balconies were fun and relaxing. Looking forward to staying at Fins Up again in the future.

Family Getaway

The home was very well laid out for everyone to enjoy and relax. The only issues we had was there was no remote for second floor tv, the bikes that was on site was rusted out on handle bars and chair so we could ride, and refrigerator took a day to cool and make ice.

Great house for our group of 15

We were pleased with the cleanliness and open feel to this home. Kitchen was well supplied with plates, cookware and utensils. A quiet street and plenty of areas for play and visiting. Loved the wine/beer frig on 1st and 2nd floors. Appliances do need to be checked as dryer was too slow and broiler did not work in oven. Number of towels and initial supplies were generous and appreciated. It may be helpful to supply information regarding suggested beach areas as we were surprised to find some beach areas labeled “private”. Overall a great stay!

Worst Host/Management (Stay elsewhere)

It’s impossible to get in touch with the host. We wanted our pool to be heated. They never responded to our request. Our trash cans had no bags in them. Worst part of the stay was that there was sign yelling at your face with stupid rules. They expect you to strip the beds at the check out yet they charge high cleaning fees when you book with them. Who would want to strip the linen and towles when on vacation? There are plenty of choices in destin. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. HOST IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!
