Fully renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast. Large master suite with private bathroom, and Gulf view. 2nd bedroom with comfortable beds, and guest bath. Full kitchen.

Enjoy complimentary Cable, High Speed WiFi, beach chairs and umbrella included in the unit.

Breath taking gulf views from living room as well as master bedroom. Miles of white-sand beaches is right in front of you, just step out to the beach from the resort, no street to cross.

We provide our cell-phone, as well as our cleaners to our confirmed guests. We are also enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of our resort, so our guests will not experience any problems.

Pelican Beach is right on the beach with no streets to cross. Just walk out to the beach from the resort. It's conveniently located close to beautiful Destin attractions like Henderson Beach State Park, Big Kahuna Water Park, and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are within walking distance.

This was our first stay at Pelican Beach and this unit did not disappoint! Beautiful views and balcony and just enough space for our family of 4. The building and grounds are extremely well kept, updated and clean. The pools are unmatched. The furniture in the condo has been updated since the photos were taken and now consists of a modern brown and a cream colored leather pullout sofa and loveseat. Loved the little washer/dryer unit in the condo as I hate using community facilities for that and it was just large enough to do a small load of laundry daily. There were a few hiccups with the cleaning crew as seems to be the norm these days with these types of rentals but that did not affect the enjoyment of our stay or our overall opinion of the unit or the host; Haydar had excellent communication with us throughout our stay, was in immediate contact with the cleaners and maintenance as needed and we will not hesitate to book here again!
Updated furniture was a pleasant surprise!

Loved the location and the view. The resort had a lot to do with the many swimming pools and hot tub. Great location with wonderful access to the beach. All in all it was a great vacation resort and we hope to be back soon!

Great condo for small family

Condo was exactly as pictured. Beach view from 16th floor was great. Second bedroom is fairly small but suited our needs. Communication with owner was fabulous and he made sure we had everything we needed.

We just got back from our stay. The beach view was amazing! We did see dolphins at sunrise from the beach. It was truly enjoyable. The beach access was so convenient to go back and forth between the rooms. We were there during construction which was loud and messy at times. We were told ahead of time about the construction by the owner, so this was not a surprise. Condo was roomy enough for our family of 5. The only recommendation I would have is the need for bigger coffee cups. The cups are cute but not enough to get a mom through the day of a family vacation. We went to the local souvenir shop to pick up bigger cups. It worked out just fine. We would stay here again if in the Destin area.

HARD TO LEAVE

This condo was one of the best that we have ever stayed in,and this was our 15th year. The check in process and instructions given were very easy,with no problems. upon entering the condo,we were delighted to see the beautiful Emerald Coast,and the bright,clean condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was that tents nor canopies were allowed on the beach. i bought two very large umbrellas,and that was ok.We will definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable for 3 adults & 2 young kids

Party of 5 included mom & dad, kids 6 & 10, and Grandma. Appreciated the layout and space of unit. Sofa bed had comfortable mattress. Great view of water and fireworks (stayed over July 4th). Several dishwasher packets were provided and we picked up laundry detergent pods from Target nearby to do extra laundry. Cafe food on site quite good. Building was quiet in the evenings. Best was property owner’s communication during our stay. Thanks for helping make it a great trip!
