As a private pool, there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk and please do not allow minors in or around the pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

Backyard - The pool and hot tub area is fully fenced with a tiki bar, outdoor chairs & loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table and a BBQ grill.

▶Beach Gear - We provide extra beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards, beach towels & beach toys.

▶PARKING:
Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not bring more than 4 vehicles.

Per the city of Destin, there is absolutely no parking on grass, sidewalk, or streets. Local authorities rigorously enforce it.

Beautiful house and a lovely location

This is the first house I have booked through VRBO and what a fantastic first experience. The hosts communicated quickly with us UK visitors at all times.The house was the perfect. It was just a few minutes from the beach and within walking distance of some shops and restaurants. The house was well maintained and the outside with the pool, hot tub and bar was fabulous. We wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Beautiful & Perfect Getaway

Group of girlfriends got together in Destin and stayed at this perfect beach house. The accommodations were beyond perfect for the size of our group of 12 ladies. The furnishings were perfect and the pool was so relaxing. Truly very close to the beach of 5 mins could not ask for a better location. Our Hosts were beyond communicative and check in and out were a breeze. For sure a repeat property!!!

Amazing Vacation Home

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. It was perfect for our family, and the heated pool was amazing! It is in a great location! The neighborhood is very quiet and just a short walk to the beach. Hosts were super hospitable, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!!

Check in was easy. Communication was great. The place was clean. We came for Christmas and the location was what we were looking for. The pool worked great when it was to cold to be in the ocean. We would definitly look at booking again.

Excellent house walking distance to the beach

The house is great and well mantained, it has everything you need and the owner is very responsive. He even got us a new wagon so we could takenour stuff to the beach. I will totally recommend this place for anyone as is amazing and just 3 minutes from the beach.
