Very nice place to stay. Biggest issue is not good communication on a few things. No guides or papers on tv service provided. Had to call the resort to have the tv fixed because we could not get it to work. There was an issue with the cable provided, but no paperwork to even let you know come tv is provided or how to get it on. Also offering a shuttle service without anything other direction other than a sign at check in and no other communication about it. It was a hurry up and check in and get out of the lobby process and not good communication about amenities or services provided. Never stayed prior so not happy with the hurry up process and no paperwork to help guide you!!!

Perfect Spot

The place was great, the view was great, the resort was great, the location was great.....I think you're seeing the pattern by now lol. Everything was awesome and smooth and the whole family LOVED it!!! We will DEFINITELY be back
