First Floor – Three King Suites for Ultimate Comfort: The first level of Villa Destiny is designed with relaxation in mind, featuring three spacious King Suites, each with its own private ensuite bathroom. These rooms are bright, open, and thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat. Large windows invite in natural light and Gulf breezes, creating a calm, airy atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun.



Second Floor – Open Living & Coastal Elegance: The heart of the home awaits on the second floor, where a beautiful open-concept living space brings everyone together.



The living room features two plush sofas and ample seating, a welcoming space for movie nights, conversation, and relaxing. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, offering everything needed to prepare meals for your group. A breakfast bar with seating for four provides a casual dining option, while the adjacent formal dining area seats six for shared meals and special gatherings. Also located on this level is an additional King Suite with private bath, offering convenience and flexibility for guests.



Third Floor – Luxurious Primary Suite & Bunk Retreat: The third floor is home to the stunning primary King Suite, a true sanctuary designed for rest and relaxation. Highlights of the primary suite include: an elegant canopy bed, private furnished balcony accessed through French doors, vanity desk for getting ready! The ultra spacious, spa-like ensuite bathroom features granite countertops, dual vanities, large soaking tub and a walk-in glass and tile shower. Also on the third floor is a brand new custom-built bunk room featuring two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests—perfect for kids, teens, or extra group members. This room includes its own private bathroom with walk-in shower, offering both convenience and privacy.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THE AMENITIES:

*Beach Towels: Starting March 15th, the rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.

*Beach Chairs: 4 canvas beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are at the home for guest use. Additional chairs can be rented.

*Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com

*Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day or $350/week. * Pool heat must be purchased for the entire length of stay.

*Private Elevator: This home features a private elevator. Private Elevator for Baggage or Guests Unable to Climb Stairs ONLY. There is a $250 fee for use. An acknowledgement policy will be emailed to guests on instructions and use. 

*VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

*Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

*Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this starter supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.
