Step into Heart and Sol, a charming beach residence complete with a pristine white picket fence in Crystal Beach. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom abode comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The first floor boasts a guest bedroom with a queen bed and another with 2 twin beds. Ascend to the second floor to discover the master bedroom, featuring a spacious suite with a vaulted ceiling, double vanities, a jetted tub, and a walk-in shower. Additionally, there's a guest bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle.

Nearby are 6 miles of paved trails - perfect for both walking and biking. Pretty, unspoiled, Henderson State Park is also just down the road!

It's a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in Destin. Walk the 300 yards to the beach or venture over to nearby restaurants or shopping areas. 

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation devices when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Family vacation

This home was magnificent and so clean. The walk to the beach is short and quick. The home had everything we needed. The AC was nice and cold as well. Such a wonderful and safe neighborhood. We had a great time and will return very soon.

We walked on sunshine and loved it!

From the description of the house and amenities to the short walk to the beach, we had an amazing time! The pool was closed for the first three days we were there but once it was open, we enjoyed it almost as much as the beach. This was our fourth trip to Destin and we love it more every time!

What a beautiful home! Walking distance to community pool is right across the street. Beach access is a couple blocks over we drove but could walk if needed. Very close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery store.

This was a magnificent property that is well maintained by the owners! Beds are comfortable, Ac works Great! Plenty of room if you have a family and very close to the beach! When we come back to Destin , I will do my very best to book this property! Highly Recommend!

Nice Cottage close to the beach

It was a very nice cottage within a short walking distance of the beach. The owners and property manager were very nice. The HOA is strict about monitoring the vehicles parked in the driveways and not on the street or across the sidewalk. We received a notice but the neighbors were actually towed. We really enjoyed our stay and the peaceful neighborhood. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great vacation home

The house was clean and inviting. There are enough towels and washcloths for us. The stock of garbage bags,paper towels and toilet paper were good quality, not tge cheap ones. The kitchen was stocked with please of glasses, silverware and plates for a couple meals. The house had enough room for 8-10. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to have our own space. There was just enough room for us to hang out together for dinner or just chill on one of the porches. The location to the pool is just across the street. The walk to the beach is okay but we rented a golf cart which we drove to the grocery store and beach. The process to check in and out was easy. The communication between Tiffany was amazing. We were extremely happy with everything, not one negative. We will definitely be back.

2022 Family Vacation

House was nice, lots of space, great neighborhood and pool. Well maintained with everything needed inside. We walked to the beach a few days which is much easier than trying to find a parking place. Close shopping and Boshamps is THE BEST seafood. We will return for sure next year. Thank you for having us.

This house was the perfect size for our party of 7. Only a short 7 minute walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, across the street form the pool, easy check in, cold air conditioner, nice screened in back porch, pull wagon included to help tote stuff to the beach. We would definitely rent this house again! 10/10

Great place to stay

Me and 6 of my buddies stayed here for a few day vacation and would highly recommend. The location was great, quick access to everything. House was clean and spacious and looked exactly as it did online. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Destin.

Best Vacation!!!!

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Destin, this is it! The house is awesome in every way! You are a short walk to the beach (maybe 5-7 mins all sidewalk). Shopping and restaurants are close by too. The screened in porch and grill on the patio are amazing. We didn’t want to leave. This was our first time to Destin and we will for sure be back (staying at this property). All the comforts of home and then some!

Perfect Location

This rental home is perfectly located near downtown, but in it's own quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and to pool if desired. Love the back porch and grill included. We absolutley return!
