Two Pina Coladas is a lovely 2BR, 2BA condo in The Enclave complex located right across the street from gated beach access! This beautifully furnished and freshly painted condo has an open floor plan great for entertaining, granite counters in the kitchen, marble shower, updated flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, and a balcony facing the community pool! There’s a king bed in the master with a private bathroom, two full beds in the guest room, and hallway twin bunk bed, sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably. Stroll about 500ft to private beach access, splash around in the community pool, or play a friendly game of tennis! Two Pina Coladas has everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!

The Enclave is a well-kept 60-unit complex on 5 beautifully landscaped acres just steps from the private, deeded, beach access. Enclave offers the finest amenities including private balconies—many with gulf or shoreline views, easy beach access, and tennis courts. Onsite activities include relaxing by the pool or playing volleyball on the sand court. Plus, the Enclave is conveniently located just a few minutes to plentiful shopping, dining and entertainment in Destin and Miramar Beach!

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop. 

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We were all very impressed with this rental property. As depicted in the pictures the property is updated and tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable, and sufficient linens and pillows provided. The condo was very clean and the location was perfect; just across the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Condo was very nice and clean. Laundry area and trash shoot close. The only downfall was the beach area we had access to was very small and crowded. But the rental was very nice. We had everything we needed and all the beds were comfortable as well.

Very very very clean the whole facility! Great part of Destin to be in, laundry room right outside of door, easy check in, you can tell they keep up with things there, things have been upgraded and not run down at all, spacious for us 5 adults 3 kids, exactly what I was hoping for!!!!!! Very nice management to talk too they was great!!!! Would rent again!!!!!!!

Destin Getaway

The property itself was beautiful and right across the street from the beach access gate. The only issue we had is if bringing more than 2 vehicles you need to do your research as to where you can park overnight and not get towed. We had someone in our group get towed, we asked the tow company where we could park so we did, and still got towed AGAIN! I think that company is a scam. Overall the beach was crystal clear water and would definitely recommend this location to others.

Great place to stay in Destin, Florida

This place is in a great location, beach right across street. The only issue we had and it wasn't big was that the two beds in the "hall" we small and hard to get in and out of. They were located in hole in the wall that didn't have ac vent so the boys just slept on couch which was very comfortable and big enough for the two. Other than that great room, 2nd floor facing pool. Parking was right outside room and you are just steps away from pool. Washer and Dryer are pay only but the washroom is just outside your door and only 1.75 for wash and 1.50 for dryer. Not bad.

Awesome vacation rental

The overall experience with this vacation rental was nice. The family really enjoyed it. Condo is furnished beautifully and looks exactly as pictured. Beds are comfortable. Condo was clean but a bit dusty. Short wall across street to beach, restautants and shopping close by. Only complaints were stained pillowcases upon arrival on master bed, contacted management and clean pillowcases were brung over. Twin bunk beds in hallway are extremely small and no room to get in and out, only small children could use these. A better quality of bed linens and comforters are needed. Air circulation isn’t as well in double bedroom as rest of condo.

Lovely, well-decorated property and close to beautiful beach!

Wonderful stay in a well decorated, clean, well-appointed, comfortable home. We loved every part of it (except for not having any window treatments.) RealJoy is very thorough and incredibly polite. We enjoyed dealing with them for the most part. That being said, I did not like having to drive an additional 30 minutes (15 min each way) to a remote office to check in. It was weird and unnecessary. I was sat down like a child in a back office with another couple and read the rules. I understand what’s at stake. We had already signed a lease and had read through everything. I knew the rules and didn’t need them read to me. I learned to read 50 years ago. The staff was very friendly, at least, which made it a little better. Other than this time consuming bother, we absolutely loved the place and the beautiful beach. I would love to go back if we could avoid the cryptic silly, meet-up nonsense! Five stars to 2 Pina Coladas!
