I spent one night at Best Western Livonia. My room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and straightforward. The free breakfast was good. The location was right across Six Mile Road from my destination. It was unfortunate that I couldn't walk across the road right there, but it wasn't far.

Our room was very quiet. However, the light switch at the door when I turned it on, the light above us did not turn on. And the sink for the kitchenette, the water lines are mixed up. Hot is cold and cold is hot. We met housekeeping when we arrived, and they were more than happy to let us know if we needed anything, to ask and they would get it for us very polite.

The stay was okay. Normal room with jacuzzi. The tub had cracks in it which wasnt ideal but it is what it is. The tub was also put in backwards so the water knobs were on the outer edge of the tub and the faucet was in the far corner. Breakfast wasnt appetizing, nothing fancy, frenxh toast was literally just toast coated and fried. No flavor to anything.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, sheets and beds and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good too. I didn't use the pool, I was just in the area a couple days for work.

They do not clean rooms daily. You have to request your room to be cleaned. This was not told during the check in process. As a result, people just put trash and towels in the hallways. It was kind of gross. I took my own trash to a receptacle. Im ok with it not being cleaned but would have been nice to know so i didnt toss my towels in the floor.

Bed was comfortable Room was clean We rented the room to use the pool We went to the pool in the morning sign on door said closed till the evening They put chemicals in the pool so it could not be used Why would thet put chemicals in the pool in the middle of the day So the guest could not use the pool There were several other families trying ti use the pool with the same amount of disappointment walking away with there kids Was told breakfast was till 10 Went down at 9 and it was all cleaned up for the day

The stay was ok what I didnt like was the food first day the only meat they had was ham everybody don't eat ham then tater tots as breakfast potatoes do they think they serving only kids offer more options when it comes to breakfast and then the pool is closed from 11am-3pm I've never heard of a pool being closed all those hours

Was not able to close the blackout curtains and the windows were able to be seen through on the main floor so I had to get dressed in the bathroom also shower head didn't stay put while taking a shower pool was a little bit cold and lots of unsupervised kids were there plus there was a $100 security fee when checking in here
