Ive stayed here before and loved it but this time the heat didnt work in my room. Maintenance came and fixed it once but it broke again. I was told by the front desk someone would be up to fix it, after hours and noone showed I called back and was informed noone was coming and i could switch rooms this was after 1am. Checkout was 11 so i stayed in a cold room most of my stay. I was there for a wedding for two days. I didnt switch rooms at 1am because there was only 10 hrs to checkout and my husband and i had alot of belongings including wedding clothes so we had to tough it out. Our stay was very COLD!! I will never firget rm 609 i hope they fixed the issue.

The room was in ok condition, our toilet was leaking, the tub had a hard time draining after my shower, and the temp setting on the iron was missing. The check-in wait, and the man who checked us in had a very nasty, arrogant attitude. We waited for 15 minutes or more to be checked in before someone actually came; by then, there was a line of people waiting for service. And the attendant said that if anyone had a problem, they could cancel. I thought that was very arrogant of him, given that we waited to be checked in. It was Valentine's Day, and people had planned this stay for that reason. Better training needs to be had! The dinner staff and bar staff were great! So was the food that night! This was our first time staying there.

Security did not respond to the situation at all. People who appeared to be under the influence were running through the floor, shouting, and trying to force their way into room doors. There was also a loud party on the 12th floor with music playing until 7 AM. It was impossible to sleep, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and unsafe. I did not feel secure staying at this property.
