This property is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me to. The property is seriously outdated and it’s obvious the owners haven’t invested a dime in the property. The toilet was clogged the entire stay, and when I called for someone to address it, they told me to come to the front desk and get a plunger for me to do it. No housekeeping service the entire 4 day stay, I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and had to pick them up myself. My room key didn’t work twice. I feel bad for the limited staff they do have, they try to do their best. This is a failure completely on the owners of the hotel and they should be embarrassed and ashamed.

This is not the nicest (updated) place but reasonably priced in a relatively safe location. Parking is great. There is no breakfast (and reasonable to expect it at this price point).

Ive never left a hotel review but this time, I had to. The pictures are deceiving. The lobby is clean and updated, the bar and restaurant are only open several hours a day woth nobody manning them. As soon as you leave the updated lobby, you reach a poorly kept living area. The smell is terrible, pot being smoked alot, and then theres the homeless living outside in their cars. Kids liked the pool, and we enjoyed a clean fitness area, but other than that...we womt be back until everything gets an update.

Part good, part not so good

We stayed here for 4 days and even though it was not technically their fault I was disappointed that the hotel was not handicap friendly and that they didn't enforce Michigans' law of no smoking in the room or for that matter in the hotel at all. The one thing negative that really stood out was the step down or up coming into the doors; I tripped and my sister fell trying to maneuver it. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

I really enjoyed my stay the rooms were spacious and nice and I didn’t have any issues and I am definitely obsessive compulsive disorder when it comes to cleanliness. The food was good. Breakfast specials at eight dollars was definitely a win. On site bar with very affordable cocktails. And staff was really nice!
