Awesome location to visit The Henry Ford Museum. But the place is showing its age. It's outdated appearance made you feel like it was not clean. I stayed at multiple hotels on my way up to Detroit and this place was sub par (I know this is not a fair perspective). The breakfast was great (hot and plenty of options) and the staff was very responsive and that why I rated it as a good place,

The hallway was very hot and the carpet did have alittle bit of mildew smell I believe they was cleaning the carpet overall for 3 nights it was good the breakfast was very good

There were a group of what appeared to be criminals in the lot putting stuff on our car and possibly smoking drugs. We were up a good part of the night hoping that the hotel manager would contact the police.

Hall carpets are very worn. Feint odors in elevator and halls. Room was in good shape. Bedding was very soft and fresh. Pool is small but good for kids.

The first night, the front desk clerk was extremely rude upon check in. Fortunately, the front desk gentleman the next day was very kind and pleasant. As far as cleanliness, there was a ziploc baggy in the elevator both nights I was there and tissues on the ground in the other. The 4th floor carpet was ripped a little and appeared stained. It smelled of marijuana in the halls - my child commented on it. However, our room appeared clean and I was grateful for that.

When we first walked in the smell of cleaning products hit you then you got this nasty smell of stinky feet. I think they were trying to cover that smell up. Stains on the hallway carpet, ice machine did not work had to go to another floor. Carpet in our room by the air conditioner was soaking wet and then a horrible loud noise like and alarm went off in our room we went down and told them. The lady at the front desk told us she didn’t know what to do cause she did not have anyone to look at it. So we switched rooms well,that room had a broken toilet seat and the toilets tank was broken and was badly fixed. will not go to another comfort Inn again. Very disappointed we even paid over $100 each night. Not worth it. Really gross.

Good location for visiting museum

Great location for Henry Ford Museum. Hotel is definitely tired but the staff was friendly. When we first arrived there was no hot water. But by the next morning, we did. Bed was comfortable and linens and towels were clean. Hotel was quiet . Not the top of the line hotel, but served the purpose .
