Property was average, economically good choice beds comfortable but the staff at the counter, the only person we saw and spoke to because we arrived late and were very tired was rude. This is unacceptable in a service industry. I won’t book again because I felt like I was imposing on her. The man in the morning was much kinder at checkout

Exceptional customer service by Front Desk

The hotel was good, but what made the whole experience extraordinary was the front desk staff. They were friendly and welcoming and incredibly helpful. The staff made all the difference and will be the reason we return

A Place to Sleep thats it

I had a truck break down for my company and needed a place to stay. To be honest, this place needs an upgrade. Not worth the price especially with the breakfast having to pay $6.20 for a plan bagel. Overpriced money grab. The room was dated at best the late 90's style and the bathtub was stained and had mold.

Landscaping in need of improvement. People working on vehicles in the parking lot for some kind of automotive event. Hallways , Rooms, foyer did not smell fresh. Hotel in general did not smell fresh Would not stay here again

My handicapped sister and I reserved a room that offered a king bed and a sofa bed. She recently had surgery so needed to sleep alone in a king bed. When we arrived they said they did not have any rooms with a king bed and a sofa bed. When I asked why they would rent such a room if they did not have it, they said it was expedia's fault. Expedia said it was up to the hotel to give us a refund. They would not. I am a senior citizen. I paid the room in full up front. I had to sleep for 3 days upright on a chair. We had no choice, I had no more money - I had paid in full. We were burying our baby brother and overcome with grief, so no strength to fight this. Shameful! Just shameful! No one even cared.

Didn’t get the breakfast ticket I paid for until the day I check out and was there two days. Customer service lacked heavily and room was still dirty when I arrived especially bathroom I asked for maintenance/housekeeping no one ever came.

Our door did not shut properly. You had to finagle the handle from the inside for it to shut all the way which made leaving difficult. We could not use our toilet. We were only there one night and did not realize it did not work until late at night which was also inconvient.

The place was disgusting. Cleaning wasn’t even half hazard. There was a hole in our floor in room 308. The window is leaking into the room and rotting out the floor. I would never ever stay there again.
