Everything, from reserving to check out was perfect. All communications were accurate and timely. The home is much larger than we expected with plenty of room for all of us. Every room was immaculate with high end bedding and linens. We would highly recommend this property to anyone choosing to visit Detroit or the North Woodward area.

Our stay could not have been better! What a beautiful home in a great, established neighborhood. There were 7 of us and a few visitors, as we were in town for a funeral. There was ample space and the beds were very comfortable. We had what we needed. The ping pong table was a terrific bonus. Everyone played!Our host, Jennifer was fabulous and attentive- thank you, Jennifer! We will definitely stay here again.

Family Reunion

Perfect central location to access many points of interest across the tri county area. Home was comfortable, inviting, and spacious. Friendly neighborhood with lots of kids riding bikes, walking dogs, saying hi. The basement ping pong table was an unexpected treat my nephew absolutely loved. Would absolutely book again and again for future family gatherings.

My daughter and her family came to Detroit from Tacoma WA and my son and his family and us from Houston area to celebrate there grandma’s 90th birthday. It was a perfect house for all of us to hangout in and visit. It had everything we needed. Great home!

Great location lots of space

We stayed five nights for the Thanksgiving holiday and the location is perfect. Its close to freeways and great restaurants. There is plenty of space to spread out and the beds are very comfortable. Overall a good stay!

Great Stay

This house is just lovely. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that was convenient to every place we wanted to go (including Ford Field where the Lions beat the Seahawks on Monday Night Football!). The home is comfortably furnished, well stocked and SPOTLESSLY clean...even in the basement. The ping pong table was a great addition! Jennifer is an excellent communicator and we will definitely try to stay here again when we come back!

We stayed for a long weekend reunion. Convenient location to everywhere we planned to visit. Great for evening walks after eating too much. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We were very pleased with the house and yard space. Two ground floor bedrooms were a big plus. Would stay here again.

Perfect neighborhood

This was an adorable house in the sweetest neighborhood. It was so quiet, hard to believe we were within minutes of the Detroit zoo! Excellent markets and food close by. One small snafu with the stove but the property manager was very quick to respond and offer a fix. Would definitely stay again.

Royal Oak Gem

The home is located on a quiet street of exceedingly well-kept homes. It provides easy access to the attractions in the area, including the zoo. Our grandchildren nicknamed it the "bed house" because of the 4 queen beds in 4 separate good-sized bedrooms. Well-decorated with many comfy lounging areas, great laundry facilities and a ping pong table. The home was just what we needed and were hoping for as we traveled with daughter and grandchildren. Note that the house is a 2-story home with basement, so there are steps.

Fantastic stay!!! The house was great! Everything was clean and super comfortable. The host was fabulous! All questions were answered quickly and host was very patient and friendly. This was the perfect choice for our large family. The house had everything we could possibly need and more.

Wonderful location, minutes away from the Detroit Zoo and other fun activities. A few (30) minutes away from downtown Detroit. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood right next to everything you would need; resturants, grocery stores, entertainment. Property, plenty of space and very comfortable inside. Great space to gather and socialize and enough space to retreat for some moments of solitude. All the amenities you would need from the kitchen to the laundry room. Enough room to play catch in the backyard. A Very Pleasant stay!

Perfect Royal Oak House

Great location for accessing all of Detroit Metro area. The Benjamin house came as advertised and the kitchen was better equipped than I expected. Sharp knives and good supply of pots and pans made for quick simple meals. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of an annoying vibration from the AC in the front room and the kitchen sink window needs a blind (easy fix) so the cook can prep in comfort. Otherwise, a great house for our gathering family. Jennifer, the property manager was very responsive and professional. Would stay at this property again.
