I only paid the extra money to stay here instead of the surrounding hotels because I wanted a hot tub. I specifically searched out a hotel with a hot tub. No where was it stated that it is no working. I am very disappointed. I feel as though this was a waste. I am not traveling. I wanted a restful night away in a hot tub. I am very upset I paid for an advertisement specific reason and it was unavailable.

When checking in the front desk agent was really loud in speaking. I also dont like it announced what floor I would be staying on, even though the room number wasnt said out loud it is a safety issue. Hotel is under renovations, and hallways were a little dirty with debris around the doors.

The room was newly renovated and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. We stayed in the handicapped accessible room and If at our knees perfectly. Also, the Continental breakfast was good.

Love this hotel! Its in a great location. Ive stayed in an older room and newly renovated room and the newer room was kept up and seemed more cleaned and upkept. Breakfasts menu is great as well mamy options available

Didn’t use the pool so cannot comment on that. We didn’t even go look at it. Everything was clean and good except the carpet in our room looked like it was 100 years old with massive stains. Needs new chairs as well. Staff was excellent.

Staff were super nice. Hotel room was terrible. Chair was falling apart, couch had a hole and we were given a room we did not make a reservation for. They said it was an “upgrade “ but the room was old, also a handicap room and it was right next to the pantry where there was banging all morning. We were woken up at like 7am. Terrible stay.
