Whenever we travel, we always look for the Hyatt brand as they consistently seem to have clean, friendly and well run establishments and they love dogs. This location was phenomonal, newly built. I have only accolades. Every staff member was consistently upbeat and friendly.

The only problem was the AC at night. It is governed by a motion sensor so it shuts off at night. I needed to get up 4 times to make it go back on. It was a hot night.

Very nice and clean hotel! All of the staff were friendly and made our stay very easy. My one “complaint” is that housekeeping knocked on our door 3 hours before checkout to “confirm” we were checking out. I find that odd given how early it was and it was the day of our checkout so I think it’s safe to assume we intended on checking out that day.

Front desk lady during the night time is pretty awful. They set us up in a room on the first floor with drapes that were already messed up and they knew about it because when I called, they didn’t bother to question it and just moved us to a smaller room. I don’t recommend this place, especially since there are two much better hotels right in front of 2nd and Charles anyway.
