Upon arrival we were informed that our reservation had somehow been canceled due to full capacity at the hotel by pre arrangement. Realize that glitches do sometimes occur but we had not been given prior notification of the cancellation by Expedia or by Quality Inn. It was now up to us to find new lodging and to initiate the return of our funds for the reservation with Expedia. There was a loss of communication between Quality Inn and Expedia some how resulting in the traveler holding the bag and shouldering the inconvenience. Thankfully, Expedia did resolve the issue and returned our fund very quickly.

Discusting hell hole

I can truly say with a total clear conscience that this hotel is THE WORST, THE FILTIEST AND THE SMELLIEST hotel I have ever stayed in. I only stayed for one night and couldn't wait to leave next door, refused to shower or brush my teeth with their water, used bottled water to brush my teeth. I even avoid eating their breakfast, thinking if the hotel is this disgusting, I can only imagine how the breakfast is made. I hope you will do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

We spent the first night on a room with no heat assuming it would warm up over night. Management moved is to another room, but did not offer any comp. Second room, had heat, but was less clean than the first. There were smudges on the ceilings and walls, long strands of hair on the bathroom dryer, and some kind of cellophane wrapping left over on the shower. Definitely things that creeped me out. Complimentary breakfast included store-brand yogurt from Walmart. Not what I expected for a room that went for over one hundred dollars a night. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.
