The service at the Shinola was excellent. Will checked us in and provided the complimentary champagne and was very friendly and professional. We also found the Bellhops to be very attentive. The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant service was good. The bar service was fantastic, especially Olivia

This is one of my favorite hotels. I love the vibe and everyone that works. There is really nice. The furnishings are really aesthetic and they have a good art creation in the lobby and in the hallways it’s cool stuff to look at.

Parking is rather pricey but I guess it is in all big cities. Unfortunately no discount for hotel guests. Everything about this hotel is 5 star. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel in a great location

We had a delightful time at the Shinola Hotel this past weekend! We brought our two dogs, and the staff kindly gave us a room right next to the pet relief terrace on the 4th floor. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, the restaurant was delicious, our room was lovely, and the location is amazing. We will definitely be back!

There was a dog barking in a room close to ours for about two hours around 8:00 in the evening. I’m not sure if there is a specific section for people with dogs, but if that’s the case, those who are not checking in with a dog, should be made aware. I would have requested another room had I known.
