Quick Stop before a morning flight. The hotel is great. Great service and comfortable room. Shout out to George at the restaurant bar. Try the Lemon drop!

It was a good ambiance mostly

It was a family trip with my daughter and my cousins. My main reason for booking was to make sure there was an indoor pool. I was told twice yes the temp is warm and the pool is heated. It was freezing cold. The third person at the front desk was very rude saying well of course we can’t control the temperature. No one controls pool temperatures. Which is inaccurate I have been to hotels where pools are indeed temp controlled. That was a big let down. And there was no microwave in the room. We had to go to the lobby to warm up my daughters bottle and felt very uncomfortable when we were in comfy clothes to go to the lobby.

Cutbacks on Services Not A Good Thing

This was my second stay at this hotel. It was under Marriott on my last stay. The small elevator, wait times and long hallways were somethings I could have done without. Guests should be given closer walking distance options for rooms. The cut off breakfast time with no obvious posting in the area was a disappointment. Our family had to take time and effort to find other accommodations which was a disappointment from our previous stay when we could dine later and more conveniently. It appeared that in a year’s time the facility has taken some steps to negatively affect its status and desirability.

Really good hotel and very reasonable price

Overall the hotel was nicely updated, clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing I did not care for is the shower as it allowed the water to splash out from the floor as it was wide open without a door. I would definitely stay there again.
