I booked the 1 bedroom for myself, mother, and son. The bed in the room was extremely low. When I pulled out the couch bed, the springs were broken and the frame was on a slant. I further examined the bed and there was dried up semen stains in the middle of it. I immediately called customer service to report my dissatisfaction. I spoke with Maria, who immediately changed our room and apologized for the issues. She stayed on the phone while I checked the new room. The new room was much better. However, there was a bunch of popcorn under the couch when I pulled the bed out. The iron board was missing and there were only 3 hangers. I also noticed that there was a lot of built up dust on top of the refrigerator. Overall, the room was much better than the first one. My recommendation would be to have more thorough cleaning services. I would also recommend better communication when it comes to extending stays. I had to extend my stay and was not informed that my access code would change. I was outside trying to get in when another guest had to let me in. Thankfully, my son was still in the room.
