Went to the bar on 7th floor, waited 30 minutes to get a drink, finally left. The bartender never wven acknowledged us waiting as she catered to a group of 5 men standing at the corner of the bar. No waitresses to be seen, no seating or structure. Epic FAIL

Did NOT like having to pay for parking VALET should be a choice NOT an only option for your vehicles safety and available parking. Its either the street or valet for $35.00 a night. Streets are packed with no space. Its RIDICULOUS to charge for parking when your already paying for a room. NEVER AGAIN

Property was clean and bed was comfortable. Check in was very delayed, had to wait 1.5 hours for our room to be ready. Staff was very professional, however the wait caused us to cancel dinner plans and eat at the venue.

DO NOT STAY HERE. READ ALL REVIEWS

DONT STAY HERE. The management staff is horrible from the night audit who was rude and as unfriendly as you can get. The front desk manager was no better. And I still haven’t heard back from the hotel manager - since there is no general manager employed at this time. Total staff came into my room at 4am no knock or notice given. Valet service is a joke. Mattress belonged in a red roof not a luxury brand hotel. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

This hotel is very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking is valet only or street parking on Michigan Ave. Valet are efficient and kind but there is limited space to wait for valet which is hectic at check in time or rush hour. A little noisy in the AM due to location but bed was comfortable and convenient later check out time!
