Check-in with Denise was great! Parking was okay- a bit of confusion because we arrived early, but they allowed us to park in the lot until check-in time. The common areas were nice and I loved all the wood floors. Proximity to the arena was great. Our room was NOT AT ALL like those pictured online. It was dirty! Crud on the bathroom sink, lord only knows what on the coffee table, and we did NOT walk on the floor without shoes on because it looked like it hadn’t been touched in quite some time. Would I stay there again? No, based on the dirtiness.

We stayed in room 21. It needs a complete overhall. There's black mold on the ceiling. The floor is uneven and a trip hazard. The bed was so uncomfortable that we left at 11:30 pm and slept at home! WARNING - DO NOT SYAY HERE !!!

Must stay!

This was an amazing B&B!! The staff (I believe their names were Denise and Danielle) were soo friendly! They made sure that me and my sis knew of some of the local things that were going on and always greeted us when we came down and seen us off! I was worried that the air wouldn’t work as well being that it was an older building and we were on the top floor, but we stayed nice and cool in our room! This was also the perfect location for the Ford Field- about a 6 minute walk! 10/10 definitely coming back again!

Floors in room were filthy Bobby pins and crumbs everywhere shower the wall spouts didn’t work, toilet sits very low to ground no a/c small clip on fan with low power and parking attendant was rude. And price increased isn’t as advertised. Breakfast was cute. Furniture is beautiful.

Good overnight value for a sports event

Decor As expected for an old mansion and the price point. Very quiet as there are only 10 rooms and we didn’t spend much time there. Excellent location for Lions or Tigers games. Staff was very friendly. Parking is $28 extra but cheaper than any other hotels nearby.

Scooby Doo Hotel

My stay at the Scooby Doo hotel was amazing. The hotels charm and antiques were amazing. The manager was friendly and very welcoming. The continental breakfast had plenty of options. I will stay again!

Location was walkable to the event I attended. Parking is horrible and have to pay. No soap for the shower. Only shampoo and conditioner. Would like to have cups in the room for water but nothing. Didn’t have internet or wasn’t given information to use it. Bed was too soft. Enjoyed the decorative Inn but wouldn’t stay again.

There is no free street parking as advertised, but the gates in lot was only 28 bucks for 24 hours. The room was cozy. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. We will return here for any event at ford field or comerica park.
