Villa patricia is a pet friendly 4 bedrooms house located in a serene upscale neighborhood surrounded by trees.
The house includes a large bright family room where you can enjoy a movie with a 65" smart TV or playing board games next to a nice fireplace. It also includes a very large dining room area to enjoy your meals and next to it an elegant living room to relax after dinner . The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook for your morning breakfast.
Villa Patricia features three spacious bedrooms and an office/workplace in the second floor. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a 55" smart TV. The second floor has a large guest bathroom and on the first floor there is half-bath
There is a beautiful and private deck in the back of the house with the view of beautiful trees. This hidden gem is your home away from home.

Repeat Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at Patricia’s lovely home. My bother is ill and the hospital is in close proximity so we had no hesitation in booking another week with her. She is a wonderful host, responds immediately, addresses concerns quickly - although nothing was major - and genuinely cares about her renters. If we have to go back to this area again we are not wanting to stay any place else. It is warm and comfortably designed, thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Family Getaway

House clean in a good neighborhood. Air conditioning issues the first few days, the owner was very accommodating. She had maintenance come in and repair the following day. No trash bags provided, but I consider that trivial complaint. It is a home away from home that was much nicer than any hotel.

Amazing Property!

What a find! It was a very beautiful home. We were so very pleasantly surprised. When we walked in, we had to keep walking because the properly was large, very clean, very totally updated. We actually thought it was a model home with everything so gorgeous and everything we needed was provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and had trees everywhere! We cannot say enough great things. Thank you!

A Convenient Haven During Renovations: Home Away From Home

Our stay at this house was an absolute lifesaver during a hectic time of renovations. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of relief and comfort knowing that we had found a temporary home away from home. The house itself was impeccably maintained and thoughtfully furnished, providing all the comforts and conveniences we needed for a seamless transition during our renovation period. The layout was spacious and well-designed, with plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. One of the highlights of the house was its prime location, which offered easy access to our renovation site as well as nearby amenities. Whether we needed to pop over to the store for supplies or grab a quick bite to eat after a long day of work, everything was conveniently located just a short drive away. The host was incredibly accommodating and understanding of our situation. Her attention to detail and prompt communication made the entire experience a breeze. In summary, our time at this house was a true lifesaver during a challenging time. It provided the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, allowing us to navigate our renovations with ease. We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and support of our host and would highly recommend this property to anyone in need of a temporary haven during renovations.

Overall…house is lovely

Very responsive when needed. House was very nice & welcoming. My only cons were, there is only one tv in the home, drainage in both bathrooms upstairs was very slow & at night it was very warm. If I every visited Detroit again, I would definitely keep this home in mind.
