Spacious 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath townhouse. IMPORTANT INFO FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN: Both full bathrooms have walk-in showers. Neither bathroom has a bath tub. The outdoor shower is great for rinsing sand off before using the indoor showers.

Located 2.5 blocks from the ocean, a block from the bay and walking distance to everything in Dewey (and a short bike ride or Jolley Trolley ride to Rehoboth), 237 Swedes Street is a great place to enjoy the beach. Well stocked home with everything you need. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, open living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room, 2 large flat screen TVs, full size washer/dryer, a large two-level back deck with high-end Crate and Barrel dining table, chairs, and 6 foot retractable umbrella, and a large custom walk-in outdoor shower with a corner seat for kids and hooks to hang towels. Gas grill and an additional outdoor dining table in the back yard.

Parking for two cars and plenty of street parking available. Includes 2 beach cruiser bikes, 8 beach chairs, 3 coolers, 2 umbrellas and a beach cart.

Cleaning supplies, hand soap, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels provided.

Bed linens, bath and beach towels not included. If you don’t want to bring your own, please let me know and I can connect you with a few local services that rent them. Some even deliver.

Mattress covers, pillow covers, bedspreads, and blankets provided.

Based on current guidance from the CDC and VRBO, extra cleaning protocols are in place. Bedrooms still include soft upholstery items, for example, mattress covers, pillow covers, bed skirts, blankets, bed spreads, comforters, and decorative pillows, etc. There are plenty of cleaning supplies in the house.

Perfect Place!

Everything about this place was as expected. Darin was easy to communicate with prior to check in and provided thorough details for everything needed during our stay. Lovely Property and Hosts

Darin was an excellent communicator and the property was spacious and very nicely appointed. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could imagine you would need; it's like being at home. Plenty of bathroom space as well, ideal when traveling with friends or family. The location is perfect and I enjoyed morning runs on the beach which was a few minutes away on foot. Parking is provided and right in front of the door! I highly recommend this property.

Great stay - awesome location and owner

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend and it was an amazing time. Great house for our family of 4 and was clean and stocked for everything we needed. The location is perfect to walk right onto the main strip of restaurants, bars and the beach. Dewey Beach Brewery is two blocks away right next to the beach so it was our daily spot to hit up right after the beach. Bring bikes down because we just parked the car for the weekend and just rode bikes into Rehoboth and all over the place. The owner is super responsive and gave a ton of great tips right before the trip.

Great Place

Beautiful townhome in perfect condition (there’s even interesting art on the walls!). Comfortable furniture. Best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. Beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys included, as well as a beach cart. Even beach cruiser bikes. Location is a bit of a walk to the beach but has a lot going for it: very close to several restaurants, coffee shops and a convenience store. There is even a playground nearby that our 16-month old grandson enjoyed. The surrounding streets are quiet, with little traffic, and lend themselves to nice morning runs or after dinner walks. The beach is clean, not crowded and life-guarded during the summer days. Darin is a terrific host, responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Very good rental with really everything you would need for a short or long stay. The location is perfect. It was a short walk to the beach and a block or so from the Dewey restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable. Darin was a great host.

Great rental! Parking and check in were easy, and the property was very clean at check in. It's a short walk to the beach, Jolly Trolley stop, or restaurants and shops. I appreciated how the property is stocked, especially the cleaning supplies and soap, as well as the beach wagon, umbrellas, and little cooler, even the step stool so the children could reach the sink. The first floor is very roomy and great for a group of people. The master bedroom has beautiful skylight windows, so there's lots of a natural sunlight. The other 2 queen bedrooms worked well for our group! Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. Very enjoyable stay!

Wonderful place and location!

We loved our stay at Darin’s place. Be aware that you need to provide your own linens - we were not used to this so it caught us off guard, but Darin was able to provide rental options as well if needed. The location is perfect!! ~10 min walk to the beach and main road for bars and restaurants. The house was very beautiful and spacious, and we absolutely loved the outdoor shower and back deck.
