New seeming hotel in great condition with pleasant, generous rooms and good communal spaces. Helpful staff, the limited food I had was very good.
Only issue really is that location is not where indicated on Hotels.com. Itâs not in Dharamshala and certainly not next to the McLeod Ganj ropeway as the address implies. Itâs a few miles down the road in Sudhed, which is a fair bit less convenient.
Lovely budget hotel, tucked away in a quiet valley just outside the town.
Clean enough, spacious, the staff were friendly and attentive all week. The breakfast and food were excellent. A little shop next door had decent supplies
The price was reflected in bedding/towels that were absolutely fine but could do with a refresh. No midstay room clean so you sort yourself out.
Main criticism is hotel pulls its shutters down at 10/10:15, sometime earlier, leaving guests stranded outside banging or having to call the managerâs mobile to get in. Defintely need a review of that policy to be more welcoming to Western guests, but overall a friendly welcoming place.
The owner took us across to the villageâs annual festival on the Saturday night, dancing, food, photos - we were treated like VIPs and it was really special
Just close enough to walk to the cricket stadium if thatâs why youâre visiting - but very hilly and 40 minutes so wonât suit all. Taxis very readily available and cheap
