Very walkable. Nice location, but a little awkward to get from the public garage to the main street and then into the hotel with all our luggage. Would have appreciated a fridge in the room. But ataff were terrific and responsive. I woukd stay again

The staff at this hotel are fantastic. Easy parking under the hotel but quite small spaces. Room lovely with excellent air con. Pool steam room and jacuzzi excellent, we were the only people in there each time we used them. Nice garden to enjoy a drink outside

Not impressed-avoid room on the main street as the trams will make it impossible to sleep after 6am. Our room had a toilet with no wash hand basin and we were not impressed. No food apart from breakfast. It is near the station,

Booked for Pool & Parking, Let Down by Policies

- We chose this hotel because it offered a swimming pool and a pleasant area to relax after a long road trip. The next morning, we asked if it was possible to use the pool after checkout but were told it wasn’t allowed under their policy. This was surprising, as I’ve never encountered such a rule at any of the many hotels I’ve stayed in before. - We arrived late (around 11:30pm) and paid €16 for parking in the garage. At check-in, we were reassured that we could leave the car there until early evening since charges were calculated per night. However, at checkout, the front desk said the car had to be removed by 2pm, (there were plenty of spaces available when we did leave so not a capacity issue). In hindsight, we would have been better off just paying €4 to park on the street outside. - The website stated that all rooms and suites include a Nespresso machine, yet there wasn’t one in our room. When we called reception, we were informed that the “comfort room” category doesn’t provide this. To be clear, the front desk staff were very friendly and professional throughout, and this isn’t a reflection on them. However, I hope management might review these policies, which could make future stays more accommodating - we specifically booked the hotel for the pool and parking facilities and it let us down massively on both.

The hotel is slightly older compared to those in Canada, which I’m used to, but it was still an amazing experience. The staff were very good, and the location was excellent, with easy access to the city and the train. I took a solo trip and I highly recommend this hotel, it was really great.

DIjon 4* Central hotel.

Located close to the train station, this is a lovely, quiet and comfortable hotel with great access to old Dijon. Museums, shopping and dining are an easy walk away. A major asset is the hotel’s great staff! They welcomed us warmly, made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips on dining options. Our room was spacious and very comfortable!! All in all, this is a great place to stay in Dijon!

Dijon stay

As the hotel is on the tram line, we had to park at the nearby train station, walk to the hotel with all our bags and then find out where the car park was. The spaces were very tight for a family sized car. The room was small with only 1 chair so 1 person had to sit on the bed to relax. The shower was mouldy and this was reported to reception who showed me a different room but there was mould in that shower too. It remained the same for the duration of our stay despite me mentioning it again to reception. There was no wash hand basin in the toilet which is separate to the shower. The breakfast was expensive at €22 pp for what was there. We only tried it once then ate other breakfasts offsite. We were told on the day that we did try the breakfast, that they had run out of fresh eggs. The fruit was tinned other than melon and the pastries were tiny. Not enough storage space in the bedroom for 2 people for 4 nights stay with only 5 clothes hangers and one shallow drawer. Plus points - the staff were friendly and welcoming, the location was good (central), the curtains blocked out the light so the room was dark so aided sleep, the bed was comfortable, and the heating/air con was fully adjustable.

Very good hotel, easily 4*. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. We ate breakfast at the hotel each day and were very pleased with it. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We made daily use of the jacuzzi and steam room in the pool area. The hotel is a 5-15 minute walk to the major attractions.

Would stay here again

Our room was large, comfortable, quiet. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Location is center of downtown in clean and well lighted area, about a 2 minute walk from the Dijon Central train station. And breakfast was wonderful at a good value.
