The Lookout is where beach days turn into the best days. This freshly renovated bungalow in Dillon Beach brings the fun with bold coastal style, cozy corners, and ocean views that steal the show. Designed for up to eight guests, it’s the perfect launchpad for family adventures, birthday weekends, or that long-overdue friends’ escape.
Inside, the vibe is bright, comfy, and ready for good times. Two gas/log fireplaces set the mood for game nights and cocoa chats, while the open kitchen is made for pancake stacks, seafood feasts, and late-night snack raids. Big windows keep the ocean in sight, and plenty of seating means everyone gets a front-row spot.
Just a short walk to the sand, you can bounce between beach and bungalow all day long. Chase waves, hunt for shells, fly kites, or simply stretch out and soak up the sunshine along the sparkling Pacific Ocean. Come back salty and happy, rinse off, and head straight for sunset on the deck.
As the sky turns gold, orange and pink, pour your favorite drink, and swap stories from the day. The Lookout is playful, polished, and packed with personality—a 5-star favorite where laughter is loud, the air is salty, and every stay feels like summer vacation.

Bedroom 1 - Is on the main level and has a comfortable Queen bed

Bathroom 1- Shower only, no bathtub - beautifully remodeled!

Features a TV lounge w/ large, comfy sectional sofa, Gas/log Fireplace, Smart TV & DVD player

Bedroom 2- Harry Potter-themed bunk bed room (2 Twins) and reading nook. Set off of family room area. Kids are going to LOVE IT!

GUEST GUIDELINES:
- 8 Guests Max - NO Parties, NO Large Gatherings, No Drop-in Guests - Great area -in an HOA with Security
- Quiet hours from 9pm to 9am
- 4 car maximum - 3 in driveway by the garage off of Park Ave and 1 street-side in front of the house on Ocean View Ave.
- Dogs only - NO cats. $120 Dog Fee per Dog- Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless QUIETLY crated.
- Due to the severe water crisis at Dillon Beach, we are kindly requesting all guests be respectful and conscientious of their water usage
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home & due to High Fire Concerns, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
