Great choice for Disney

This is an excellent choice for families visiting Disney. There is a shuttle to the park. However, the hotel itself is very kid-friendly, with a rec room and a huge pool, so there is plenty to do when you aren't at Disney. The breakfast. buffet is excellent. For dinner, there is a great Thai restaurant nearby. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with a thermostat that goes down to 16 degrees, which is even colder that I would set it at myself.

Hotel

Room was great. Breakfast was very expensive and when I went to pay they claimed it didn’t and then followed me around. Finally I called my bank and I did pay and they finally said yes. It was unprofessional. We went by the pool and they said we couldn’t go around and had to walk to a rain waterfall and my phone got wet and is acting up now. The “hot” tub by the pool was ice cold and spa was booked up. It would be good for a quick trip, but I wouldn’t stay for the amenities. Kids room, an adult has to stay with the kids too. That is fine, but I wish it was clear
