The Space – Family Friendly
The suite includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, with four beds in total, including a comfortable sofa bed. Extra floor mattresses and travel cot are available upon request. The space is ideal for 4–6 guests and can accommodate up to 8 guests, depending on your group’s comfort level and sleeping preferences.

* Please note: This not the entire house. Guests have exclusive access to a private, self-contained ground-level suite with a separate entrance located via the side pathway to the left of the front door. The hosts live on the upper level of the home.
The home is maintained at a comfortable temperature year-round with central heating and air conditioning. If you need any adjustments during your stay, please let us know—we are happy to help. Extra blankets are also provided.

Guests especially enjoy the peaceful forest trail located just one house away. Deep Cove is about a 25–30 minute walk away, with a direct bus available as well. We often enjoy walking there and taking the bus back. Best of all, the bus stop is right in front of the house. Cates Park is also walking distance. Several hidden neighbourhood trails connect different areas and offer wonderful opportunities to explore. Mt. Seymour and Raven Woods feature beautiful forest trails perfect for hiking, mountain biking, and exploring. During the winter months, Mt. Seymour transforms into a popular destination for skiing and snowboarding.
