My stay did not start very well. I had booked the airport shuttle pick up , given i was arriving late at night. The driver showed up 45mins late. I was very kindly assisted by qatar airline airport staff member. He called the hotel several times and was advised yes , the driver is on his way he will be 5mins etc. He called again and again long story short he forgot to collect me from the airport and ldod not take accountabilty of the lateness..!! He did not greet me or make any conversation i had to ask why he was late ! He did not respond. The airport shuttle is third party and it requires thr hotel to have a conversation about the non service!! When i finally did arrive i was greeted by 2 kind welcoming gentlemen, Sayed and i forgot the ither gentleman's name sorry. They kindly upgraded my room. The room was nice spacios with corniche view. They were very apologetic for the messup. The next morning i was met by Sayed who agian apologised and really made my stay wonderful, the guy in the breakfast restaurant Rad, was welcoming and kind. Service with a smile!! The team really made up foe the mishap from last night!! I will while heartedly recommend this wonderful hotel and its the AMAZING KIND TEAM that make it a wonderful stay. Thank you!!

Convenient location near tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Not sure if it is standard process. I was unable to charge room service to the room. Instead they wanted to charge my card in the room or cash to pay when the room service was delivered. Same with spa treatment. Be aware to head over for a massage with your money
