It's strategically positioned for exploring the region's historical sites while maintaining a tranquil ambiance, just a short distance from Bastide de Domme and close to shops in Cénac (approximately 5 km away).
This charming stone house welcomes you with a separate entrance featuring storage space and a cloakroom. The independent kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. A glass door opens onto the terrace.
The house boasts an independent living room with direct access to the exterior. It also features a ground-floor ensuite bedroom, with the remaining bedrooms and an additional lounge area on the first floor.
Outside, the property boasts extensive, well-kept grounds with trees, lawns, and floral arrangements. Multiple arbors and terrace areas provide delightful spots for enjoying the serene surroundings. The pool area with a paved terrace offers stunning countryside views overlooking the Bastide de Domme.
The rental includes the main stone house with its tower. Adjacent outbuildings remain unoccupied and closed and are not part of the rental.
