Villa Myrtos is an elegant, semi-detached villa set on the side of a hill approximately 300 metres from the beach. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living area leading out to a spacious veranda and private garden with wonderful views over the Su Giudeu beach, the golf course and the unspoilt surroundings.

At Villa Myrtos, you can enjoy all of the comforts you would expect from a highly rated hotel: air conditioning, TV, iPhone speakers, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, private car park. Bath towels, bed sheets as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.

We have been coming to Chia for about 10 years and this is the best property. Clean, spacious, quiet, well maintained, good communication and walking distance to the beach.

Very confortable

We stayed 3 weeks in August in villa myrtos.we were 4 adultes and 3 little kids. The villa is very confortable and safe,it was clean on our arrival. Thé garden is beautiful! The luna supermarket is at 5 Mn walking from the House!they have very good food. The beach is from 5mn or more(dépends on wich beach you go)by car.you CAN go by Walk but it's not So easy with the kids and trollers.. The owner Of thé villa and the women who takes care Of it are very helpfull. We had Perfect Holidays in family.

Wonderful Stay in Chia with access to the resort.

We stayed at the villa in July 2012 (I cannot remember the exact dates) the owner Sara was extremely friendly and helpful and we had no problems during our stay. The villa is in a very beautiful location on a small hill directly in front of the sea and beaches. The villa is on the side of the hill facing a lagoon and landscape rather than the beach but the view is lovely. It is a short walk to a number of beautiful beaches, or you can cross the road to the resort if you have small children and take their mini train which takes you down to the beach. The villa had a great layout and was very clean and nicely furnished. There was a small supermarket about 3 minutes drive away to buy all you need for groceries. We also had access to the Chia Laguna Resort and occasionally ate at their restaurants or enjoyed the evening entertainment (I would particularly recommend their restaurant by the beach). The beaches are white and the ocean is aquamarine blue. This is a very relaxing and peaceful retreat (although occasionally you can hear the entertainment from the resort across the street but nothing disturbing). The villa does not have a pool and you cannot access the pools at the resort, although you can use their mini club for the children. The beaches are perfect with a gentle slope and safe for young children so there is really no need for a pool. If you receive a resort guest card from reception you can use their recliners and umbrellas at the beach. We took a day trip to Nora the ancient Roman town which is well worth the visit. Although Sardinia is very hot in July so all you want to do is be at the beach all day! I would definitely recommend the villa.

Wenn man sich erholen will, dann ist man da wirklich richtig. Das Haus, der Garten, die Landschaft laden sowohl zur Entspannung als auch zu Aktivitäten ein. Sara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Top- Haus, supergepflegt

Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt sehr schön in einer ruhigen Siedlung. Vom sehr gepflegten Garten aus Meerblick. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Großzügige Bäder und gute Betten. Die Küche ist bestens mit neuen Geräten ausgestattet. Wir haben sehr oft gekocht und saßen abends auf der tollen Terrasse. Für unsere 5 köpfige Familie war das Haus ideal, im 1. OG gab es eine schönes Zimmer mit separater Terrasse. Die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer hatten eigene Bäder, sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühls und kommen gerne wieder. Thomas und Family

peaceful paradise

We spent a delightful Easter holiday at Villa Myrtos. Easy to get to from Cagliari and it is very well equipped and decorated. Adults and children were all occupied and very comfortable. A super base to relax, spend family time and to venture from to explore the beautiful (and quiet in April) surroundings including Chia beaches, Pula, Nora and the southern coast.

Wir, eine Familie mit 4 Kindern, verbrachten bereits zum 2. Mal eine Ferienwoche in der Villa Myrtos. Die Besitzerin Sara war wiederum sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa selber liegt sehr schön an einem kleinen Hügel direkt vor dem Meer und den wunderbaren Stränden von Chia. Zum nächstgelegenen Strand benötigt man zu Fuss nur etwa 5-10 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und hat einen sehr schönen Garten. Der Luna Supermarkt ist auch nur 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Villa Myrtos in un paradiso naturale

La villa è molto bella, pulitissima e tenuta bene. Ha ottimi spazi, composta da 3 camere da letto per 6 persone, 2 bagni, un ampio soggiorno e una cucina molto funzionale. Sono previsti i climatizzatori anche se si può tranquillamente dormire con le finestre aperte godendo di un ottima brezza marina e nessun rumore esterno. La vista è eccezionale e ci si può godere questo paradiso facendo colazione all'esterno. Nelle vicinanze trovate le migliori spiagge della Sardegna e di tutta Italia e il mare non ha nulla da invidiare a quello dei Caraibi. Non perdetevi gli ottimi ristoranti a cominciare dal Luna a 50 metri da casa, per l'ottimo pesce da Angelo a Domus de Maria oppure da Mirage a Chia. Complimenti alla signora Sara , la padrona di casa che si è anche dimostrata molto gentile è disponibile. Buone vacanze a tutti quelli che vogliono passare qualche giorno in un oasi di rara bellezza!
