All our apartments are lovingly furnished, so you will not miss anything and you can enjoy a wonderful holiday. The listed building has been lovingly renovated and converted into comfortable apartments. In the house there are 4 apartments, and a lift.

Sichtwerkwerk and attic flair bring a unique atmosphere in the apartment.


This large apartment with Sichtgebälk and Sichtefrwerk is located on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a glazed loggia, which offers a special highlight with plenty of light. And so this great balcony is covered with its great view. So it can be used in all weathers.

The apartment has two separate bedrooms, as well as a wonderful daylight bathroom. In addition, a separate guest toilet and a cozy and large living and dining area.
The open kitchen with dining area is modern and very well equipped.

The living room has a Smart TV and a large sofa bed, as well as access to the balcony.

Both bedrooms have large double beds (1.80 x 2.00m), a wardrobe and one of the two rooms has the separate toilet adjacent. The daylight bathroom with the floor level shower also offers a toilet, a sink, a mirror and a hair dryer.

Die Wohnung war hervorragend ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort willkommen und sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind super nett, wir sind rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Es fehlte uns wirklich an Nichts, und wir haben die Ruhe Dort sehr genossen.

Tolle Zeit in gemütlicher Ferienwohnung

Wir waren als Freundeskreis mit 5 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und Hund unterwegs und haben vier wunderschöne Tage im Apartment verbracht. Das Haus ist toll renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Zwei große Schlafzimmer mit gemeinsamem Bad und zusätzlich separater Toilette bieten genug Platz zum Ausbreiten. Wohn- und Essbereich sind eher kuschelig, für uns aber völlig ausreichend. Mit dem Aufzug im Haus ist auch der Ein- und Auszug kein Problem. Toller gemeinschaftlicher Wellnessbereich im Dachgeschoss. Dornstetten lädt zum Bummeln durch alte Gassen und kleine Läden ein und bietet super Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen mit EDEKA, Rossmann und Co in fußläufiger Entfernung. Die Vermieter sind jeder Zeit sehr bemüht, einen schönen Aufenthalt zu gestalten und versuchen jeden Wunsch zu ermöglichen. Vielen Dank für diesen rund um gelungenen Urlaub!
