They were in the middle of a renovation so I don’t want to be too critical. But a lot of the renovations seemed like basic repairs. The sheets felt dirty, and half of the outlets in the room didn’t work. I can’t be 100% sure, but there may have been a homeless guy living in a tent by the pool.

I have a 18 month old baby and everyone was really sweet to her and no one complain about her screaming in the middle of the night or anything

The room was clean. Rooms nothing like pictures. Staff you could hardly find. Pool was not available and was not told when checking pool was not available. Coffee pot broke in room told staff they said yeah we got new ones that we need to put out it's a work in progress. Breakfast was a horrible nothing there staff didn't care . Told Breakfast was at 6 am we went at 7 nothing was there and hotel was not full of guest. Never picked up trash from room. We had to ask twice for towels in the same day they said we have to bring them to your room never was delivered had to go to front desk second time and ask again. Very happy with our stay a the baymont in ozark al

I walked into a room that smelled like someone had been smoking pot in it. Then found multiple burn marks in and on furniture. Floors were disgusting and all the outlets wouldnt even hold a charger in then.

Very nasty establishment checked in that night got some food next thing you know roaches are crawling all over us mold on the sheets and on the bathroom went to front desk to request a transfer to another location and they took an attitude and checked us out at 12:00 at night so had to find another hotel available in the area for my two-year-old and my 9-year-old daughter that was playing in the All Star State softball tournament that morning

The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The Applebee's down the street was great. Hotel lobby and room smelled STRONGLY of cigarette smoke that lingered. There were odd people outside the hotel (maybe drugs?) Holes in the walls, dirty shower, filthy outdoor stairs, and nothing at all like the pictures. Not my best hotel experience, but with some TLC it could be a very nice place again.

The pictures featured on the site are at least 10 years old. The pool was not in service, the washer and dryer pictured where covered in grime and had very faded out of order signs on them, and the room needed a good scrubbing. However the staff were pleasant.
