Renovated Gâtinaise farmhouse adjoining another gîte but independence preserved by a tree-lined hedge. It is located in the countryside where peace and quiet reign, a green space is accessible at the front (600 m2) and at the back of the semi-enclosed gîte (750 m2). Semi-detached gîte with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people.
Ground floor: entrance hall, large room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area, toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 single bed), adjoining shower room with toilet, 1 bedroom (2 single beds or 1 double bed) with its adjoining shower room with toilet.

Shared swimming pool (8mx4m) with the second gîte, unheated, open from May to September for a moment of relaxation.

Electric heating extra (billed according to consumption) and/or wood pellets (€10 per bag). End of stay cleaning package at €60 (mandatory for companies every 15 days). Sheets provided. (Towels NOT provided, please bring your own). Portable coverage: SFR and Orange.
