Outstanding location near the shores of Lake Pend Oreille, with stunning mountain views and lake access, only steps to Dover Bay Marina and waterfront parks. Beautifully decorated and ideally located in the spectacular Dover Bay resort, this lovely craftsman-style condo is only a five-minute drive to Sandpoint and Sandpoint City Beach. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your own private covered patio, facing a natural park-like setting to the peaceful water inlet. Nesting osprey, soaring eagles, and an array of wildlife frequent the area. Welcoming features include a brand new 50-inch LG smart TV, a natural stone fireplace, a second TV in the main suite, high-speed fiber internet, a new washer and dryer, a quiet Bosch dishwasher, and a private one-car garage. There are no stairs to climb in this wonderfully located first-floor condo, with only four condos in the building.

The resort is on Idaho's largest natural lake with a 274-slip marina, a market, a café, a waterfront park, picnic areas, nine miles of walking/biking paths, and wooded nature trails along the shoreline inlets and nature preserves. Discover the picturesque town of Sandpoint with its trendy shops, galleries, and restaurants. Only a short stroll away, you can enjoy waterfront dining daily at Dish at Dover Bay with renowned culinary creations. The cuisine features many northwest favorites with some international flair. Or visit nearby Schweitzer Mountain, a year-round destination resort, skiing in the winter and hiking and biking in the summer!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed our month-long stay at this comfortable, attractive, well-equipped condo located at Dover Bay Resort. There are so many things to explore at Dover Bay; walking and biking trails, the marina with rentals for water fun, a park, a beach, and a delightful waterfront restaurant.

Dover Delight

We loved the condo with easy access to Sandpoint and surrounding areas. We were visiting our son and his family and did not spend a lot of time at the condo but we did eat in and cook a few meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the view from the kitchen and living area. The ground floor with no steps into the condo was a plus. We will look forward to staying in this unit on our next trip to the area!!!

our go-to condo in Sandpoint

This is the third time we've rented this property and we can't say enough about the experience. Clean, roomy, well decorated, it is just what we need when we travel to Idaho for a family visit. It's about 5-10 minutes from central Sandpoint so convenient to shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I came to ski Schweitzer for the holiday weekend. Although the weather was mostly disappointing, the condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable with nice views. Would rent again if we return to the area.

beautiful condo and prime location

We are regular visitors to Sandpoint and have rented lots of places for our getaways. This property was wonderfully decorated, fully stocked and 3 miles from central Sandpoint. A spacious 2 bedroom with comfortable beds, we were delighted with all of the windows letting in plenty of light overlooking a well landscaped common area.

Beautiful Spot

This condo is situated on a gorgeous park-like lawn area just minutes from the Marina. It is quiet, peaceful and filled with ospreys and occasionally deer. The view is north looking toward the Selkirk, Bitterroot and Cabinet mountains. Guests also have access to the Marina, restaurant and several amenities of Dover Bay Resort ~ perfect combination!

Nice condo

It is a nice condo in a nice newer area. It is near a wetland area so there are lots of birds and we saw some deer. It is walking distance to the water, but not really a beach. We drove to Sandpoint City Beach to swim. The neighbors are very friendly and nice.
