This spacious and rustic home is located in the countryside and in a wooded area. The royal garden has a lawn with many trees: olive, apricot and oak trees. Behind the apartment is a terrace, garden furniture and a large pool (10 x 6 m) with an outdoor shower. With these different facilities, the apartment is well suited for families with children. The apartment is very centrally located and still offers a lot of privacy due to the tree-rich surroundings. Only 3 km away is Draguignan, a lively little town in the middle of a large wine-growing region and with a cozy old town centre. The old town is surrounded by ancient city gates that enclose a network of cozy squares and picturesque narrow streets. For golf enthusiasts there is a beautiful golf course about 10 km away. Prefer to lie on the beach?
