The apartment MARINA offers on 45sqm a spacious kitchen, a sleeping area with double bed (140x200), hall, bathroom and a sunny west-facing balcony with great views.

The apartment has been completely renovated, stylishly furnished in maritime design and equipped to the highest standard. We rely exclusively on high-quality products from brand manufacturers in our apartments.

The apartment also has a pull-out leather sofa (140x190), which can accommodate two more adults. The kitchen is open-plan and harmoniously combines living, cooking and eating in one room. In terms of function and quality, nothing is left to be desired: Nespresso machines, ceramic hobs, ovens and microwaves make it possible to conjure small snacks and large gourmet menus.

The bathroom offers all modern amenities, including a walk-in shower, rain shower and extra-iron washing machine.

The large and sunny balcony allows the view over green gardens down to the banks of the Elbe. The Elbradweg is within walking distance and invites you to cycle, jog and stroll.

Of course, Internet, Wi-Fi and cable TV are available. For a safe stay, the apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers and first aid kit.

The apartment offers a parking space in the underground car park of the building. The associated parking space is indicated by a sign and secured by a lock. Even bicycles can be safely parked in the yard.
