1 Kingsize bedroom; 1 cute Bunk bedroom (top bunk kids only); 1 Double Sofabed in the open plan living area (with curtained off area for bedtime).

Wood-fired hot tub tucked away in a nice private area outside on the deck, where you can watch the swans glide by!

Restaurants/takeaways just a 5 minute drive away. Stunning sandy beaches like Bridlington South Beach or amazing coastline for wildlife watching at Flamborough Head 20-30 mins drive; gorgeous market town of Beverley 15 mins drive.
